Food Blog | Diet Experiment | Never eat directly from the bag

Before, if we buy snacks or potato chips. we'll eat it directly from the bag in front of the TV. Now we take a portion of chips from the bag, put it in a small bowl and tell our self only to eat this small portion and not more. This motivate you to eat less.

Food Blog | Diet Experiment | modify Instant noodles

Hello everyone. I know, this doesn't look like diet menu. But today i only had small portion of breakfast.

This is my dinner. instant noodle with boiled egg and chicken filet. My tips, put some fried garlic and chopped chilies as topping!

We still are on diet. we had no sweets and no juice. Based on daily calories this is still acceptable.

Food Blog | Diet Experiment | Special breakfast

Birchermuesli

Breakfast: 

The first day was so successful! Today we've got the same breakfast menu. Birchermuesli (Swiss cereal) it's basically cereal cooked in milk. You can add some fruits and nuts in it. Tasty and nutritious.

This evening we've got a visit from Lucerne. So we decided not to eat a big meal at noon. I had small portion of cake and an orange.

Diner menu is almost the same as yesterday. It was so good that we decided to cook the same thing for our guest. the difference is that we'll have a starter this time.

Food Blog | Diet Experiment | Use smaller plate or bowl

Me and my girlfriend tried to start healthier diet and this is our first meal. Risotto with a lot of spinach, nuts, carrots and fried chicken.

Our first step to get to healthier diet is to control our self not to overeating. We change plates to small bowls.
